He'll be telling bunch of stuff to college grads and won't be speaking anything financial. So I think its useless to think that there will be any kind of volatility. Second, tomorrow is US bank holiday. Again low liquidity. All in all I think nothing will happen, a manipulation is due but not on Monday most probably on Tuesday or Wednesday. The probability of big moves happening on Monday is quite low.
