The product tracks the Gapstow Private Credit and Alternative Income Index price and yield. Initially, the fund will be tokenized on Ethereum and Stellar. The WisdomTree Private Credit and Alternative Income Digital Fund (CRDYX) tracks the Gapstow Private Credit and Alternative Income Index. Tokenized private credit fund from WisdomTree Friday saw WisdomTree debut the WisdomTree Private Credit and Alternative Income Digital Fund, a tokenized product that gives retail and institutional investors private credit exposure. The fund monitors the Gapstow Private Credit and Alternative Income Index (GLACI) and offers blockchain-based access to its products. GLACI is a rules-based equal-weighted index that tracks 35 publicly listed private credit vehicles (PACs). With a $25 commitment, WisdomTree Prime and Connect users may access tokenized funds. "With WisdomTree Prime and WisdomTree Connect, we've taken onchain investing to the next level – expanding the range of funds available so users can build more diversified portfolios onchain, without sacrificing the regulatory rigor of traditional finance," Will Peck, Head of Digital Assets at WisdomTree The tokenized private credit fund will debut on Ethereum and Stellar, the business revealed. WisdomTree's ETFs and products are enhanced by the fund. “For four years, we've been happy to make this field more accessible to individual investors via our ETF, and now CRDT can provide yield potential in a contemporary, tokenized fund," said WisdomTree Global Chief Investment Officer Jeremy Schwartz.
