A former executive, Max Glass, is suing the crypto consultancy RWA Company in a Delaware court, alleging he was unlawfully fired to seize control of a profitable stablecoin project.
The Accusations:
Breach of Trust: Glass claims RWA stakeholders Gregory DiPrisco and Joseph Quintilian forced him out to take over the project that became the blockchain platform M0.
IP Theft: He alleges he was coerced into giving up his rights before M0's launch and that the defendants fraudulently took the company's intellectual property.
Exclusion from Profits: Glass argues M0 was built on his work with German firm CrossLend, but he was intentionally excluded from ownership and profit.
He is seeking damages and recognition of his stake in the original project. His attorney states the defendants have been "concealing the true relationship" between RWA, CrossLend, and M0 for years.
