Quantum Solutions, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, has been on an Ethereum buying spree through its Hong Kong subsidiary, acquiring over 2,000 ETH recently. Combined with previous holdings, Quantum now owns nearly 3,866 ETH, spending around $15.85 million, averaging $4,100 per ETH — making them the largest ETH holder among Japanese listed firms.
The timing is interesting: ETH is currently around $3,800, meaning Quantum is temporarily at a paper loss. However, this appears to be a long-term strategic allocation, with short-term price swings likely not a concern.
Adding credibility, Quantum has received support from Ark Invest, and Cathie Wood’s long-standing optimism in crypto further strengthens the confidence behind this move.
