{"content":"Solana ETFs on the Rise 🚀 — Smaller Altcoins May Fade, Says K33 After its introduction, K33 analysts expect spot Solana ETFs to attract large inflows. The business warned that smaller cryptocurrency funds may 'fade into irrelevance.' BlackRock's omission from the newest cryptocurrency ETFs may indicate lower inflows. K33: Solana ETFs will draw investors, smaller altcoin funds may 'fade into oblivion' K33 expects Solana (SOL) ETFs to begin with robust demand, whereas other cryptocurrency ETFs may struggle due to BlackRock's absence. Solana may lead cryptocurrency ETFs despite BlackRock's absence. In a Tuesday research, K33 analysts lead by Vetle Lunde forecast strong inflows into SOL ETFs due to investor enthusiasm. Demand for VolatilityShares' 2x leveraged long SOL ETF, which has 2.28 million SOL in comparable exposure, suggests Solana fund inflows, the analysts note. On Tuesday, Canary ETFs related to Litecoin (LTC) and Hedera (HBAR) will launch. Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas wrote in X that Bitwise Solana ETF (BSOL) had $56 million in net inflows on its maiden day of trading, while Canary's HBAR and Litecoin ETFs saw $8 million and $1 million, respectively. In an increasingly crowded market, Lunde warns that smaller and more obscure cryptocurrency ETFs may struggle to get attention. "We expect varying demand across the ETFs," the analyst stated, adding that certain cryptocurrency funds may "fade into irrelevance in competition with dozens of other altcoin ETF launches." The study said the "altcoin ETF frenzy" would happen without BlackRock, the main US crypto ETF player. The asset management prioritizes Bitcoin and Ethereum products IBIT and ETHA, being cautious. US Bitcoin ETFs have $26.86 billion in 2025 net inflows as of late October. Without BlackRock's IBIT, the funds would lose $1.27 billion. The analysts also underlined that BlackRock's absence from altcoin ETFs might lower inflows relative to Bitcoin and Ethereum products. #WriteToEarnUpgrade #MarketPullback #AltcoinETFsLaunch #solana $SOL ","images":["https://d35imkjvkj28kt.cloudfront.net/uploadfile/article/blog/2025102025/10/29/99577ce4b7c74cf2a2734b505b124f43.png"],"tags":[],"tradingPairs":["ETH/USDT"],"quotearticleid":0}
