How to Change Your Account Email for Bitnasdaq

If you want to change the email registered with your Bitnasdaq account, then follow this step-by-step guide below.

Note: For your security measures, account withdrawals, P2P trading, and payment services will be suspended for 24 hours after the account email has been reset.

  1) Go to our website homepage at www.bitnasdaq.com
  2) Log into your Bitnasdaq account
  3) Once logged in, click on the Profile Icon

4) From the dropdown menu, click the Security section

 5) On the security page, go to the Google authentication section

Note: For changing your Email address, you must have 2FA. Your Google Authentication and SMS Authentication must be working in order to proceed to these steps. Also note that at this point your account withdrawals, P2P Trading, and payment services will be suspended for 24 hours.

 6.Enter your new Email

Note: You cannot enter any email which is already registered with Bitnasdaq anywhere.

       7.Since you have mentioned your new email, click the Get Code button and enter the code sent to your email.

     8.  You also need to complete your 2FA here as well

     9. Enter the code sent to your registered mobile number and Google verification

 10. Once you have entered all the codes, click the Confirm button

  11.Your email has been changed, so you can now login with your new email address.
